The Student of Color Conference bid is a dual-pronged proposal that includes a 15-20 minute presentation and a written application. Both the written application and presentation is due on November 17, at least 2 weeks prior to the December Board meeting. All materials should be submitted to UCSA’s Statewide Organizing Director at organizing@staging.ucsa.org. Please review the following guidelines which distinguish the roles and responsibilities of campus host and UCSA. Lastly, in order to submit a bid, the applicant must be actively engaged with UCSA’s Racial Justice Now Campaign.
